Seriously, love the shading on this - and I dont' know if the flag being blurred was intentional, but it makes it look like someone focused a camera on that guy. Like the effect.

The one thing I'd suggest changing about it would be to reduce the bit of blur over by his head - a friend I linked this to mistook it for a scanner issue because of that. D8 You definitely pulled it off, though!
